For Students
If you are a student or soon-to-be student in Derby and want to know more about what St Giles’ has to offer or to be linked up with the UCCF worker or the Christian Union, please feel free to email the church at info@stgiles-derby.org.uk.
You'll be more than welcome at any of our Sunday services. We can arrange lifts from the city if you need them and we'd love to fix you up with hospitality during the day if you'd like to get more involved. Our new group for students and those in the student age group is called The Hub, and meets after the evening service. We eat together and spend some time looking at the Bible, looking particularly at issues that affect students and those in the workplace. The Hub is open to any students who want to know how to serve Christ better as well as to those who want to investigate Jesus and the Christian faith.
So do consider giving us a try! We hope you'll always feel welcome at St Giles' and benefit from being part of a lively church family. We want to support students in our city by equipping you in your course and in the Derby CU, by helping you to get to grips with the Bible, and in any other ways we can. We'd love to hear from you!
We also have a number of young adults from St Giles’ who are away at Uni elsewhere. We aim to support and encourage them too – from a distance and especially when they’re home in holiday time.

For young adults - The Hub
The Hub is for young adults 18 to 24. They meet socially each week after the evening church service at St Giles and have a light Bible study and food.
