St Giles’ BIG Street Party
The St Giles Street Party has been held annually since 2012. It is usually held on the first Sunday each June.
Our aim is to serve our local community in Normanton. The street party is held on a section of Village Street which is closed to traffic from 12pm to 3pm. Regular features of the Street Party include a free bouncy castle, free face painting, free cream teas and samosas.
The next St Giles’s Big Street Party will be held on Sunday 4th June 2023 from 12pm to 3pm. We are delighted to announce that the Uttoxeter Brass Band and the Hoverla Dance Ensemble will be performing again and Artcore will once again by providing some of their great craft activities for children. Bring along your own meat and we’ll cook it for you on our BBQs. An ice cream van will also be in attendance from 2pm onwards.
